PWA Brochure
UI/UX Design
Project overview
Medihelp distributes print material to brokers as selling tools. We as digital team convinced them to rather not implement digital PDFs, but actual digital products. We developed the brochure as a PWA – able to install and update on devices. Medihelp’s digital team can now also track usage data to enhance future UX and products.
My role
I designed the user interface and user experience of the PWA. The brief included requests to maintain brand visibility and to include content of existing print material as well as new functionalities.

Design process
I performed the following tasks:
1. Ideation and competitor research
2. High fidelity wireframe and design
3. Prototyping with Sitefinity to do user testing
Design & development toolkit

Understand
Medihelp identified the need to have insight in how sales agents/brokers interact with marketing material and information. This PWA allows the company to update crucial information at a faster pace and less cost than paper. We also included a lot more functionalities to delve into deeper levels of information for particular prospective members.

Before
Printed brochures distributed to brokers to educate them about product information, and to be used as a tool to engage potential clients.

After
The brochure is now developed into a fully digital PWA to install on devices to use for potential client education, updates all information instantly and consistently offers the most current information available.

User research and competitor analysis
We did a study of what the benefits of a PWA would be for a product, and analysed the most popular PWA websites used currently.

Financial Times – Text heavy product with clear navigation.

Starbucks – Trendy UI and usability.

Trivago – Information architecture and usability.

Pinterest – User flow and navigation.
Design
We designed the full PWA in high fidelity wireframes to present to stakeholders before development started.

Implementation & evaluation
The member app is an ongoing project, and additions and improvements were included in the 2022 release.
